The Design and Fabrication Process

1. Schedule an initial complimentary consultation either by phone or online so we can determine your needs.  

2. A 10% design retainer is due upon acceptance of the preliminary quote (subject to change pending approval of final design). This will be applied to the final price.

3. A scaled, colored rendering will be provided within 4 weeks of receipt of the design retainer. 

4. We will schedule a conference to review and finalize the design. You will be able to choose the glass for your project.

5. A final quote will be presented for the project.

6. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of the final design and quote. You will also be provided an approximate timeline, typically from 3 to 10 weeks depending on the scope of the project.   

7. You will be able to review the completed project either at the studio, or via digital photos. Final payment is due at this time. The project can either be shipped, or picked up at one of our two locations.

Please be aware that aside from the expense to design and fabricate a custom door / entryway, you will have to pay for its installation, hardware (lock-set, door handles, etc.) and finishing (stain or paint).
